Ruolin Guan was a graduate student in Electrical Engineering at Pennsylvania State University. She received her B.Sc. degree from Harbin Institute of Technology in 2014. She is currently doing her M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering and working under the supervision of W. L. Weiss Chair
